Privacy

The short version. Your training and health data stay on your iPhone and in Apple Health. If you turn on the Claude coach, DUVRO sends the data each coaching request needs to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, and nowhere else. Your health data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with data brokers.

What stays on your device

Workouts, routines, logs, recovery sessions, your profile, chat history and coach reports are stored on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Data DUVRO reads from Apple Health stays in Apple Health. For weather, your location is rounded to about 1 km before it's sent to Apple Weather (Apple's WeatherKit service) to look up the forecast.

What the coach sends, and why

Only when you've agreed in the app and you use a coach feature (morning brief, weekly report, program builder, metric insight or chat), DUVRO sends Claude the information that request needs: workouts, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, VO₂ max and bodyweight from Apple Health; your logged sessions, routines and recovery; your profile and goals; your chat messages; and the day's weather. It goes from the app to DUVRO's server, which passes it to Anthropic's API and returns the answer. DUVRO's server does not store the request or the answer.

Anthropic processes API requests under its commercial terms and privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
