Subscription
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › DUVRO, or manage subscriptions here. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
I paid but the app still asks me to subscribe.
Open Settings in DUVRO and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, new subscribers get 7 days free. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
DUVRO isn't showing my sleep, HRV or workouts.
Open the Health app › your profile › Apps › DUVRO and turn on the categories you want DUVRO to read. Readiness needs at least a few nights of sleep and HRV data from a watch to settle in.
My routines aren't on my Watch.
Open DUVRO on your iPhone with the Watch nearby and unlocked; routines sync when both apps are running. If the DUVRO Watch app isn't installed, open the Watch app on your iPhone and install it from Available Apps.
Can I use a chest strap?
Yes. Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap (like a Polar H10) in your Watch or iPhone Bluetooth settings. DUVRO shows which sensor it's reading during a workout.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
In DUVRO open Settings › Account › Delete Account. That removes your user ID and usage counts from DUVRO's server. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
Is the coach medical advice?
No. DUVRO gives general fitness guidance. Talk to a qualified professional about pain, injury or health concerns.
